Who we are

Pearpin is operated by UO Tech Pvt Ltd, an Indian private company. References to "Pearpin", "we", "us" or "our" in these terms mean UO Tech Pvt Ltd. References to "you" or "your" mean the person or organization using the site.

What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of pearpin.com and the public marketing pages we operate for Pearpin. They do not yet cover the Pearpin product platform — when the product ships, separate terms (master service agreement, end-user license, data-processing addendum) will publish and apply to product use.

By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Site content and intellectual property

All content on pearpin.com — including text, code samples, page designs, logos, marks, illustrations, mock UI, the Pearpin name and any documentation — is owned by UO Tech Pvt Ltd or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws.

You may:

• Browse the site and share direct links to any public page.
• Quote short excerpts with attribution (e.g. for journalism, analyst commentary or internal evaluation notes).
• Cite the site in academic or research work.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

• Republish substantial portions of the site, including page designs, brand marks or copy, on any other domain or product.
• Use the Pearpin name or logo in a way that implies endorsement.
• Scrape the site at scale, mirror it, or use automated tools to collect content beyond what is needed for normal indexing by public search engines.
• Attempt to access, extract or reconstruct non-public parts of the site, its source, deployment configuration or private systems.

Acceptable use

The site exists to inform and to receive contact requests through the form at /contact. When you use the site, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through any form on the site.
• Send automated, bulk or abusive submissions to the contact endpoint, or attempt to bypass our spam protections.
• Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site without our prior written consent. Coordinated security research is welcome — write to hello@pearpin.com first.
• Use the site to transmit malware, phishing content or anything that violates applicable law.
• Misuse query-string parameters (intent, tier, source, UTM) to impersonate a different referral or campaign.

We reserve the right to block access from any IP address, network or request source that violates these rules, without notice.

Forward-looking statements

The marketing site describes a product in development. Pages such as /platform, /sdk, /api, /security and /pricing describe planned capabilities, intended pricing tiers, integration surfaces and security posture.

These descriptions are good-faith product intent at the time of publication, not commitments. Specific features, pricing, timelines, sandbox availability, retention windows and SLA language can and will change as the product develops. Nothing on the marketing site constitutes an offer, a contract or a guarantee. Binding commercial terms — if any — will live in a signed agreement.

Do not rely on marketing-site security descriptions as a completed security commitment for production use unless they are included in a signed agreement.

Third-party services and links

The site may link to third-party sites, repositories, dashboards or social profiles that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, terms or practices. Following an external link is at your own discretion.

The site itself relies on categories of third-party service providers described in our privacy policy. Those providers operate under their own terms.

Disclaimers

The site is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for any particular purpose of the information on the site. Pearpin is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, tax, security, regulatory or otherwise).

We may add to, change, suspend or remove parts of the site at any time without notice. Pages may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or operational reasons.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither UO Tech Pvt Ltd nor anyone working with us will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the site — including loss of profits, business, data, goodwill or anticipated benefits — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to your use of the marketing site is limited to INR 1,000 (or the equivalent in your local currency). This limit reflects the fact that the marketing site is provided free of charge and does not currently sell goods or services.

Privacy

How we handle personal data submitted through the contact form is described in our privacy policy. The privacy policy is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our practices, the site or applicable law changes. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be flagged in a banner on the site for at least 30 days. Continuing to use the site after the change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Bangalore, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to your use of the site, except where applicable consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction grant you additional rights that cannot be waived by contract.
